It is easy to lose track of the state at either end of an AI shot. I have put the shot’s purpose, actions, references and review notes into a single sheet to fill in while watching.
It is not tied to a model and does not judge the images automatically. You still need to describe the problem you see.
How to use it
Choose two or three neighbouring shots. Write what each needs to show and where its action starts and ends. Include clothes, held objects and exit direction.
Play them together and note the problem against the relevant shot: what changed, its timecode and what the next version should change. Review that same point afterwards.

The 1.0.0 package contains an XLSX workbook, a blank CSV, an example CSV and Chinese and English instructions. The workbook has 20 shot rows and a review-result dropdown. Use CSV to move the records into another tool. The files have no macros and do not connect to external services.
The example uses a fictional person leaving a room to show how to fill in the sheet. Replace the shots with your own and record what you actually see.
Use
The newly authored sheet can be used for personal or commercial internal project records, modified and shared with project colleagues. Please retain the version note. The permission does not cover third-party footage. Full instructions are in the package.
